A few days ago while we were at the pool, a friend asked me about the clothes my children were wearing. They were made by local to Greenville children's clothing brand Prodoh, and I have the great pleasure of creating the artwork that goes on the back of their clothes and the art for their pattern repeats.
I'm so excited to share seven new oyster shell paintings and Maine-inspired 'Double Boats in the Cove' painting with my collectors. This series is coming Friday, June 9th at Noon! My signature is created with Liquitex Pens: artists, this is the easiest way to sign canvas paintings! The Painting featured in my art studio located in wonderful downtown Greenville, South Carolina. 'Double Boats in the Cove' inspired by the Maine shoreline. Golden & Liquitex Paints are my go-to's. Oyster Shells and Boats 11 x 14 inch Oyster Shell Paintings I hope you like the paintings for my summer release: they were a joy to create and I feel like that joy really comes through in the work! Thank you, as always,...
The design collaboration with Prodoh Continues! We have been working together on five past seasons, and as I type this, I am sitting down to work on the 2023 collection with Prodoh. It is very special to continue this ongoing collaboration with Prodoh and to have my artwork become a part of the brand's DNA.
Here is what I helped the children's brand create for their 2022 Spring/Summer Collection!
For 2021, my only business resolution was to create a monthly folly.
So many balls have been up in the air since we relocated to Spain, and for the new year it was important to me to not put an incredible amount of pressure on the business. 2021 is for play, discovery, and for wandering creatively.
The definition of Folly is 'a lack of good sense; foolishness' and these monthly creations have been just that: fun whimsies.
I was so thrilled to see this painting I created for a very sweet and fun client pop up in my Instagram Feed courtesy of Amanda Louise Interiors as published for TALK Magazine.
