Y'all! This is my fifth One Room Challenge now. I can hardly believe it! I really enjoy doing the ORC because it helps me knock out entire rooms all at once. Between mothering, helping in my community, and running this business, all I have time for is to complete two rooms in my house a year.
We live in an almost one hundred year old house and needless to say, it has a quirky layout.
One of its interesting features is a random bathroom at the top of our stair landing that at one time must have been the master bedroom powder bath. It is situated between my studio and the master, so I am now going to use it for designers and clients who stop by to look at what I'm working on.
This is the power bath. Its a full bathroom with a tub, sink, and commode.
I'll be painting the walls, ceiling, sink cabinet, and mirror. I'm currently looking at Farrow and Ball Colors and think the winner will be their Pink Ground.
The tub needs to be resurfaced. Badly.
Oh, hey! I got this round mirror from and estate sale, and fell for the shape. Some of the art will stay, some will go. Light fixture, TBD!
Ok, so here we go. Its small but mighty and I am looking forward to it being DONE!
